This ancient Chinese health practice consists of combining soft, gentle movement with slow, deep breathing. This exercise is for all ages and is a great stress reliever. The simple movements are an effective method of preventive as well as restorative healthcare. Benefits may include improved circulation, memory, awareness and balance, lower blood pressure and reduced stress if practiced regularly.
