*$180 course fee (An additional $10 fee is charged for materials.) This course offers hands-on experiences by Chef Andre Adams, French Chocolatier, in which students work with a high quality chocolate called “couverture" which allow them to make sculpture and candies. This 4 hour high-end culinary experience is designed for students with a strong interest in culinary arts. Student must be able to concentrate and focus on details for large periods of time. This class is limited to 12 students.
