Week 2: Stress Management - Learn the effects of stress on health and aging and strategies for coping with its impact.
Week 3: Healthy Lifestyles - Learn how to use healthy lifestyle habits to combat aging and related diseases.
Week 4: Goal Setting & Habit Formation - learn how to form new habits that lead to achievement of personal goals.
$20 Lab fee payable to instructor at first class.
