About This Activity
Description
The Community Celebration starts at 11:00am and will feature local politicians, performers, dance groups, food and merchandise vendors, a kids zone, health & wellness pavilion and more! This is a FREE Family friendly event for the whole community.
Food Vendors: Must provide commercial general liability for a minimum of 2 Million each occurrence, naming the City of San Diego as an additional insured. You will also need a County of San Diego Health Permit and Temporary Food Facility Permit.
The Mountain View Community Center, Community Recreation Advisory Group, Parks and Recreation Department, City of San Diego Police Department and Ground-Up Youth Foundation will assume NO responsibility, liability for injuries, property damage or loss of any type. No generators allowed for non-food vendors. Each organization will be provided one 10 by 10 space on grass area. The organization is responsible for providing their own canopies, tables, chairs, and trash cans for their booth.
* Please note the DEADLINE for ALL VENDORS is May 23rd, 2025 *Vendors must submit a Vendor Application in person or online to be qualified and approved by city staff. Cjmartin@sandiego.gov & Mensminger@sandiego.gov
