Description
Skyhawks Track and Field: Ages 3-5. Dash, jump and throw with Skyhawks Track and Field. This program teaches young athletes track and field essentials, from body positioning, stride to stretching and cool-downs. Participants try events like javelin, discus, and hurdles (events vary by location) with child safe equipment. Each Session builds skills, discipline, and sportsmanship. Get on Track with Skyhawks for athletic and personal growth! Please note 4 participants required for class to run.Activity Age Category
