Our Method: Campers are able to experience the Spanish language,earn a new skill & increase vocabulary through movement, jewelry making and art. Our Spanish Immersion camp opens with an hour of dance or yoga inspired music, movements & games to stretch, strengthen and improve flexibility. We provide a stimulating environment of playful games, songs, and creative exploration to promote early language comprehension in your little learner. Our immersion class will expose children to new vocabulary through dynamic modes of self-expression. Our expert, bilingual staff is trained in fine art and in making learning a new language a fun and interactive adventure! Art & Jewelry Projects: Throughout the day, campers expand and reinforce their Spanish language abilities as art & jewelry making techniques are introduced and incorporated with eye-popping color schemes from our large selection of high-quality glass beads & art materials. Our exciting arrays of taught techniques include beading, resin, stamping, dapping, patina & etching metal, polymer clay, wool felting, tie dye, painting, and so much more! Outdoor Time: During our mid-day break, campers will have lunch and the opportunity for outdoor games. Get those jewelry boxes ready, because campers can expect to take home a number of handmade jewelry & art projects each day!
