About This Activity
Convent & Stuart Hall’s After School Program (ASP) serves families and the student experience by providing supplemental programming until 6:00 p.m. The K–4 2 Day Plan offers ASP care on a set 2 days per week for the full school year. It also includes Full Day care during Parent Teacher Conferences if needed. During registration, families will be asked to inform the ASP department of which 2 days they intend to have their student attend. If a student attends more days than their program plan allows, they will be charged a standard $58 daily drop-in fee. ASP facilitates a combination of free choice activities and structured play, including free play on outdoor playgrounds and courts, imaginative play and reading in the Hoffman Learning Commons to design and tinkering in the Unkefer Spark Studio. ASP is open every day that school is open until 6:00 p.m. On early dismissal days, ASP is open from the time of the early dismissal until 6:00 p.m. Please note that pick-ups after 6:00 p.m. will result in a late fee of $1 per minute. Repeated late pick-ups may result in dismissal from the program. Should this happen, refunds will not be issued. A light, healthy snack is provided at 4:00 p.m. to all students who are in ASP. If your child has any specific food allergies, please contact the ASP office to make special arrangements. Please note that ASP will never serve any products that contain nuts or nut-related ingredients. Please note, that all deposits made on ASP plans are non-refundable. After September 6, 2024, the school will not be able to accommodate any changes or refunds to ASP Plans for any reason.
