About This Activity
Ecosystems and Us! Biomes - Biodiversity, and Butterfingers Summer is not over quite yet. The name, “Endless Summer,” is an ode to a 1960’s surf film following a few free spirits in search of the perfect wave. We too will scour the city for ecological gems during the last long days of summer. Our perfect wave means having the most fun, exploratory and relaxing summer day. During this session, we’ll check in with our animal ambassadors almost every day, and travel by MUNI or on foot to explore San Francisco outdoor spaces. We’ll find connections between the ecosystems around us and the society we live in. We won’t let the last days of summer slip through our fingers!
