For private lessons you must register at least 24 hours in advance.
All lessons are 1/2 hour in length (no group or semi-private lessons offered at this time). Please do not book back to back lessons without instructor's permission.
Coach Angel (He/Him) has been swimming competitively since the age of 7. Born and raised in sunny Southern California, he trained and competed with Beach Cities Swimming where he swam on their Sectional team. As an age group swimmer, Angel specialized in butterfly and breaststroke events. As Angel started to attend the University of San Francisco, he maintained his love for swimming by coaching the Koret Youth Swim Team (now USF Youth Swimming). He finds joy in providing swimmers the knowledge, technique, and discipline to be the best athletes they can be, just as his coaches did for him as a club swimmer. He graduated from USF with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing in the Spring of 2025. Angel is available for private stroke technique coaching for swimmers who are interested in improving their form in freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke or butterfly.
