About This Activity
Description
This class safely introduces basic gymnastics balances, rolls, springs and rotations while also developing a dance foundation. Children improve motor skills and coordination in a playful atmosphere. Beginning dance moves help develop rhythm, spatial awareness and self-confidence. A variety of props add to the fun!
Parents may stay for first 10 min of first class and are invited back at the end of program for a class demonstration.
- Cancellation request must be made in writing 14 calendars days prior to the start of the activity. $10 processing fee applies to each activity cancellation requested by the participant. No Refunds will be made for requests received LESS THAN 14 calendar days prior to the start of the activity.
- Suggested Attire: Comfortable clothes or leotards, tights and tutus. Students may dance barefoot or wear ballet shoes.
