The program is structured to provide athletes with an introductory phase of strength and conditioning and is designed to promote the following: 1.) Prepare athletes for performance in their sport. 2.) Reduce the risk of injury 3.) Through staff led instruction, athletes will learn to perform and execute exercises with proper form and technique. 4.) Develop a championship level work ethic as it relates to stregth and conditioning. Stregth lab intenery: Each session will be 60 minutes in length and structured as follows: 1.) Dynamic Warm Up (10 minutes) 2.) Foundation Speed and Agility Work (15 minutes) 3.) Strength Training (30 minutes) 4.)
