The Central Coast of California is home to one of the world's premier viticulture regions with incredible history and an exciting future. This learning journey will bring us to Odonata Winery to learn firsthand from UCSC Alumni and wine maker, Denis Hoey, on the ups, downs, ins, and outs of producing and bottling regional wines with a small production emphasis. Participants will learn details on sourcing, producing, and aging wine while cultivating community around this ancient pressed and fermented juice. Food pairings are included! You must be at least 21 years old (bring valid ID).
