Welcome to the friendly unknown. Last semester we explored some tools and techniques for meditation, mindfulness and reflective art making. This semester, we welcome returning students and new adventurers to join us as we go deeper into dialoguing with our bodies, minds and souls in the realms of nature and the cosmos, through guided meditations, exercises, and reflective art and other creative based activities. We'll learn more meditation techniques and hone old favorites, create new art based on the electricity of the body, incorporate yoga, breathing and listening techniques and have some fun with energy play on nature based field trips. Yes, we'll even have organic herbal (not caffeinated) tea and loads of bliss. Join us.
