Synchronized Swimming Course Description
This fun music filled program is designed to develop endurance, flexibility and grace by combining swimming, gymnastics and dance. Participants will learn to perform basic synchronized swimming skills such as figures, egg beater, sculling and breath control while building self-esteem and creative expression.
Participants must be able to swim 25 yards front crawl stroke, 25 yards backstroke, 25 yards breaststroke and tread water while keeping their head above water.
