Learn kodokan style (TM) judo. Practice in judo builds self esteem, self confidence, coordination, balance, strength, stamina and general fitness. Judo is both a sport and a formidable system of self defense. Class will include learning throws (takedowns) and groundwork. The principles of judo have proven highly effective while minimizing the potential for injury. Get fit and learn to protect yourself. No experience necessary.
