About This Activity
Description
Learn the basics or work through advancing your skills. Class will increase flexibility, balance, strength and muscle control. Learn skills such as hand stands, cartwheels, back bends, walkovers all at each student's individual level of experience. Females, please wear leotards and shorts with hair securely tied back.
