All belts and experience styles are welcome! Boost your fitness and self-confidence through Karate, a traditional martial arts shaped by East Asian philosophy and training methods. Learn a variety of techniques focused on self defense and traditional forms while learning about cultural history that teaches respect, compassion and dedication. Classes meet twice a week, Tuesday and Thursday. Instructors are from JKNWF.
