Intermediate I swimmers are able to swim 25 yards on their front (demonstrating symmetrical and alternate arms and rotary/side-breathing), sidestroke with scissor kick, and back (demonstrating symmetrical and alternating arms). Perform the Resting stroke for three minutes. Tread water for one minute.
