Shape and tone your body for a total-body workout. This is a great strength training class, for both men and women who want to get stronger, look better and feel healthier. Lifts include compound movements such as squats, presses, and rows, as well as isolation movements such as curls, pullovers, and leg extensions. Each participant will receive a t-shirt.
