TRX Suspension Training utilizes your own body weight to functionally increase strength, power, flexibility, and balance while working in a variety of planes and all ranges of motion. Your core is constantly engaged throughout the workout building the smaller stabilizer muscles that often get overlooked in traditional strength classes. TRX will improve your mobility and flexibility, build lean muscle, develop functional strength, and help build a rock-solid core.
