About This Activity
Description
This program is for students going into the 7, 8 or 9th grade in the fall of 2025. Participants will learn age-appropriate skills for sprinting, jumping, and hurdling at the high school level. Participants will have the chance to compete against each other in running and jumping events, with an emphasis placed on learning proper sprinting, jumping, and relay techniques. Parents are welcome to stay to watch the action.
