This activity is closed to further registration.
Poses are modified to be done from a seated position or standing and are great for people with arthritis and/or who and trouble getting up off the floor due to poor joints. This class will work all muscles of the body but at your pace and limitations. Bring your own water, wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and appropriate shoes. No class Dec 26 or Jan 2. Enter the High School through door #9 and proceed upstairs to the PAC.

You must also read the Parent/Athlete concussion agreement in the text and check the box underneath to provide confirmation that you have read, understand and agree to the new concussion information.
