About This Activity
Description
Camp will focus on improving player's skills in the areas of stick handing, passing, and shooting. The camp will also include a component focused on flexibility and conditioning as they relate to hockey. Participants should bring plenty of water and all players should have their own equipment. Suggested equipment would include stick, helmet, gloves and shin guards.
