Yoga does it all! It will stretch, tone and strengthen your body, increase your lung capacity, uplift your mood and train your body and brain to deeply relax. The benefits of yoga increase week-to-week, so we offer a deep discount if you make the commitment and sign up for the 14 week Fall session and/or the 13-week Winter session. We also offer the option of signing up by the month if you can't commit to the full season. This is a moderate practice, suitable for all levels of fitness. No previous experience necessary. Yoga mat is recommended.
