About This Activity
Course Description: Step into the world of young detectives! In this class, 5th and 6th graders will work together to solve fun mystery cases using clues, critical thinking, and teamwork. Each week, students will take on a new case—decoding secret messages, piecing together evidence, and learning how to think like real investigators. Along the way, they’ll practice problem-solving, communication, and creative reasoning while having tons of fun cracking the case! Instructor: Addi Longoria Instructor Bio: Hi my name is Addi Longoria I enjoy working with kids and sparking their curiosity through hands-on learning. With a passion for puzzles, and creative problem-solving, I bring energy and fun to every class. The students can expect an engaging, supportive space where they become detectives and learn how to think in new ways while cracking exciting cases.
