Description
Longview Rec Center Thursday, January 29th3:00-6:00pmDiscover how to turn simple looking colorful paper strips into beautiful Quilled Mandala. Traditional mandala is a square containing a circle, we will create the entire design symmetrical and balanced.
Quilling artist will provide an overview of the concepts of quilling and explained how to make designs using the basic coiling and shaping techniques.
After registering for class, please email the favorite color palette you would like to instructor Meenakshi Motwani at mesmericquills@gmail.com.?She will need a few days before the class to get the material ready.
The instructor will provide the necessary supplies for the project. A supply fee of $10.00 is due to the instructor at the beginning of class. If you already have paper quilling tools, feel free to bring those as an alternative to receiving supplies from the instructor.
