Ages 6-8. Learn the basic fundamentals of tumbling. Students work on basic progressions: forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, handstand drills, bridges, cartwheels and round-offs. We'll focus on strength and flexibility, and staff will assist each student with hands-on spotting techniques to ensure proper body alignment and muscle memory.
