Jump on to this unique opportunity to have fun and get your feet wet with logrolling! This sport dates back to the 1800s, but recently has been growing in popularity, even being featured on ESPN's Great Outdoor Games. A sport that improves balance, agility, footwork and concentration, logrolling can be safely enjoyed at any age. Participants must have and demonstrate intermediate swimming skills to participate. To prevent skin irritation, which may occur from getting up onto the log frequently, longer style swim shorts or fitted, knee length athletic or biking style shorts are required. Basic water shoes or barefoot style shoes are also recommended.
