Rated as one of the healthiest sports, squash camps are not only a great way to build skill and learn a new game, they are a great way to have fun and form new friendships! This lifetime sport camp will help players improve hand-eye coordination by focusing on forehand and backhand techniques. Focus will also be on footwork, drills, game strategy, etiquette, safety and sportsmanship all while having fun. Squash is about coordination rather than strength and therefore is enjoyed equally by all. Equipment, including goggles, is provided.
