Level: Beginner – Intermediate This week’s adventure is windsurfing! Focused and designed to break down the basics of windsurfing including: proper stance, self-rescue techniques, tacking and gybing, and basic sail theory. For low-wind days, stand up paddle boarding adventures help students work on balance and strength. Taught on our Bic Techno 293 boards, this is a great way to learn a new sport at NESS!
