Looking for a new challenge? This fun yet challenging class will reinvigorate you. SUP Yoga will test your balance and core strength. Start with a warm-up paddle to get your blood flowing before we anchor up and move through a unique sequence of exercises. These gentle yoga postures will engage your whole body and involve core strength, balance, flexibility, and mindful breathing. The sound of the ocean will help you relax and allow you to focus on the most important part of yoga, your breath. Experienced Yogis welcome, equipment supplied. Pre-registration is required for ALL sessions. Please call NESS by 4pm the previous business day to use your 5-class pass.
