The class consists of warm up, stretching, training interval laps, and running. The aim of this class is to improve speed, strength, endurance, and overall running performance. Cross country running also offers numerous health benefits for kids, including improved physical fitness, cardiovascular health, and mental well-being. Required Material: Comfortable running shoes required.
