Homegrown Lacrosse is an intensive one-week camp that teaches young East Bay lacrosse players fundamental ball-handling and field skills while building leadership, camaraderie, and focus among players. At Homegrown Lacrosse Camp, kids develop their skills, make friends, learn about the history of lacrosse in the East Bay, and have fun! Homegrown Lacrosse Camp is a clinic-based program that focuses on the fundamentals and skills that players need to develop in the 9-12 year old range. Players are divided into U11 and U13 Camps, with a minimum of 1 coach for every 6 players, which allows for plenty of individual attention. Players participate in clinic style drills with an emphasis on fundamental lacrosse. There are two scrimmages per a day for each age group, so players have plenty of time to practice what they learned in the clinic and sharpen their overall game.
