This cardio fitness class is chock full of high energy fun! Students will burn energy and blast calories through challenging cardiovascular conditioning, strength and endurance, and stability exercises. We'll sweat it out in mini circuits and obstacle courses, jump for joy in Double Dutch and end the day with a Zen yoga cool down. We dare you to try to keep up!
