Food + Science= Awesome! Have you ever wondered why chilling jello turns it from a liquid to a solid? Or why mentos dropped in cola causes a massive explosion of foam? If so, Kitchen Chemistry is the place to explore that curiosity. This class will explain what makes bread dough rise, how carbonation works, and many other culinary mysteries. The best part is that most of our experiments will be as delicious to eat as they were fun to make! Come enjoy a class where we use some tasty ingredients to learn about science.
