About This Activity

High Park Rangers Drop-off Program Ages 12 – 16 Cost No cost: this is a leader in training program. For more details or to apply, click here. (Supported by Good Foundation Inc & Toronto Field Naturalists) Every Wednesday starting September 14th and ending December 7th. 4 – 6 pm High Park Rangers is our newest weekday after school nature club for youth aged 12 – 16. Youth will take care of High Park while becoming environmental leaders in the community. The High Park Rangers will develop important skills and perform meaningful stewardship work. The High Park Rangers will also help lead the drop-in Family Nature Walks for the public and plan their own public walk to teach the community about their stewardship activities. Participation in High Park Rangers will help youth accumulate “community involvement hours” required to graduate high school. “The mentorship program was terrific and I look forward to going again.” – Participant testimonial “Awesome program. Gifted teachers. It was a great experience.” – Parent testimonial
