Get an ultra lean and intensely defined physique without bulking up or straining your joints. Think sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength and great stability. PiYo Strength is a hybrid athletic workout that combines the mind and body practices of Yoga and Pilates, as well as the principles of stretch, strength training, conditioning and dynamic movement. During a PiYo class, you will find yourself standing in a Yoga pose one minute and down on the floor in a Pilates pose the next. PiYo gives you a hard core definition, intense calorie burn, and overall strength without weights, jumps and without destroying your body. No Class 12/12 & 12/26
