About This Activity

Learn the basics and go on to skate like a pro! This class is especially for beginners and kids just starting to skate board who want to get comfortable in the skate park or on the sidewalk. Learn tricks like ollie, kickflips, 360 flips, and how to ride the ramps. We will cover how to ride safely and practice new tricks every day! Bring your skateboard, helmet, protective gear, water, and get ready for a ride! Beginners will be up and riding their very first lesson. Just like other sports that carry any risk, learning how to skate under instruction builds confidence and ensures that students start off understanding the basics to be able to ride safely. All students are required to wear safety gear (helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads). Students must bring their own equipment and students without a helmet will not be allowed to ride. Full liability waivers from Go Skate are to be signed by every parent or guardian - Go Skate maintains its own liability insurance.
