Yoga helps the student find balance at any age, calming the mind and relaxing the body. This class will help bring active minds into union with active bodies in a non-competitive environment. Kids will learn new poses in a fun and playful way that stretches and strengthens their imaginations as well as their bodies. Mats are provided. Previous yoga experience is not required. There will be two classes: one for our youngest yogis and one for our older yogis.
