About This Activity

Description

Looking for something new? This class provides a fat-burning, energy-boosting workout to start your day off right! The hydrostatic pressure of the water supports you as you move, reducing the stress on your weight bearing joints. Meanwhile, the resistance of the water gives your muscles a workout as you push your way through. All exercises can be modified to suit your individual needs. Requires no swimming skills, water shoes recommended (shoes required if you have diabetes). 55 minute/class. Instr. Pool.
