Spend a fun winter morning learning to make delicious holiday treats with Chef Joel! Participants will prepare the following to enjoy in class and will also get to take some of these scrumptious chocolate treats home to share (or not!). On the menu: Raspberry Fudge Truffles; Candy Cane Crème Brulee; Italian Struffoli (traditional holiday fried honey balls); and Baby Bûche de Noels.Location
