This class uses postures and stretches in combination with the breath to develop strength and relaxation. Come explore a beautiful moving meditation synchronizing the body, mind and breath into a seamless expression of yoga. The session will finish with yin and/or restorative poses to help increase flexibility in the joints and connective tissues by being passive in longer holds. Come energize the body and calm the mind.
