About This Activity
Description
A safe space where you can learn different yoga poses in a friendly atmosphere. Throughout each class, different yoga poses will be broken down and practiced so you can find the yoga posture that is right for you. This class is for anyone who wants to deepen their practice or is new to yoga. All levels welcome!Yoga mats are provided - you may also bring your own if you would like!
