Tai Chi is an ancient health practice from China that incorporates deep abdominal breathing with very slow, meditative movements. It is perfect for mature teens and adults of all ages. Benefits include reduced stress and strengthening immune function, increased range of motion and stability, as well as improved sense of well-being.
