About This Activity
Description
Students work toward advanced development of the five core swimming competencies (Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly, Breaststroke, Endurance) using high-level age-appropriate learning activities. Learning is self-paced but challenging. *Must be comfortable swimming consistently in deep water*
