Description
Badminton, an Olympic sport, is the world's second-most popular and fastest sport. Introducing your child to sports at an early age has several benefits. Badminton is a healthy sport that can help them socialize and communicate better with real people. We focus on badminton fundamentals for holding a racket, swing, and footwork technique, improving physical fitness and basic shots, and insist on sportsmanship qualities in your child. Refine technique and footwork while introducing more advanced shots and game strategy. A pair of good sports shoes will help reduce foot injuries. Shoes should be indoor, non-marking Badminton/court shoes. A $15 Material Fee will be due at the first class.
