We transform the room so it's covered in a 2-3 inch think floor mats and we start with balncing, strength & flexibility exercieses including right, left, and center splits, then we go straight into our tumbling exercises which include back bends, forward and backward somersualts, cartwheels, handstand rolls, front & back walkovers, front & back handsprings and more!
