About This Activity
Description
In this 60-minute indoor yoga class, participants will stretch, breathe, and meditate. All yoga poses and stretches are modified in order for participants to practice wile seated or standing with the assistance of a chair. This class will improve balance, flexibility, and can help calm the mind. This class is appropriate for all fitness, age and ability levels. Class is ongoing, Thursdays at 9 am. Pre-registration is required. Adult Program, 14+. Max attendance 8.
