About This Activity
Description
Leap, hop, skip, run your way through obstacles and put your Ninja skills to the test. This fun movement-based class will challenge your Ninja to maneuver over and under objects. Other aerobic and anaerobic activities, skill challenges, competitions and games will be played to ensure an interactive, fun, and rewarding environment is created for participants to engage with fitness in a positive and stimulating manner. Bring your gym shoes and get ready for one of the most creative and innovative sports camps around!
*Make camp into a full day by joining our Total Sports Camp from 9-12 PM, featuring lunch and additional activities from 12-1 PM supervised by our coaches!
