This exciting and well-rounded program for 3-5-year-olds is designed to engage children in both physical activity and creative expression. The class is thoughtfully divided into two engaging segments: a high-energy sports session followed by a fun and interactive music class.

Part 1: Sports and Movement (45 minutes)
Children start their session with a 45-minute sports class where they’ll engage in a variety of physical activities tailored to their developmental stage. Through games and exercises, preschoolers will build motor skills such as running, jumping, balancing, and throwing, while enhancing their coordination and strength. The session focuses on teamwork, cooperation, and following instructions, encouraging children to participate in group activities that promote social skills and self-confidence. Active play is both fun and beneficial, helping to foster a love for movement and healthy habits.
Part 2: Music and Rhythm (30 minutes)
After the energetic sports session, the group moves to another classroom for a 30-minute music class. This time is dedicated to exploring rhythm, melody, and sound through a variety of musical activities. Children will sing songs, dance, and play simple instruments like tambourines, maracas, or drums, all designed to boost creativity and musical appreciation. The music class helps develop listening skills, memory, and an understanding of patterns, while encouraging self-expression and group participation in a joyful, interactive environment.
This program provides a perfect blend of physical and artistic development, helping preschoolers grow in both body and mind. It’s a great opportunity for children to enhance their social skills, motor abilities, and creativity while having fun and building confidence in a supportive setting.
